Philippines proxies: Philippine IPs with rotation and sticky

A line with the PH geo exits through home connections of Philippine subscribers: Shopee, Lazada and Carousell see a shopper from Manila or Cebu. Rotation for catalogs and search results, sticky for accounts. The SEA-Zone package gives you unlimited traffic, and the Philippines is among its countries. A test gigabyte costs $1.

  • PH geo in the line
  • Rotation and sticky
  • Unlimited in SEA-Zone
  • $1 test

Three ways to get Philippine addresses

The choice depends on the job: you need only this country, you need traffic with no meter, or you need a pool where the Philippines comes with other countries. Compare the terms and start with a test.

FLEX-Traffic

Country set when creating lines

In the dashboard choose the Philippines, the session type and the protocol, and the list gives you up to 1,000 lines at a time. The gigabytes of an order are shared across all countries, with no cap on threads or speed.

  • Rotation: a new IP in the Philippines on every request
  • Sticky: one address while the subscriber is online
  • From $0.55 per GB, test gigabyte for $1
  • Login and password access from any IP

How country lines work

SEA-Zone

Unlimited, Southeast Asia

A regional GEO-Zone package: up to 8,000 addresses from the worldwide MIX pool across Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos, Brunei and Timor-Leste. Each line in the CSV list shows its country.

  • Traffic with no meter, 500 to 5,000 threads
  • Test hour $1, day $10, 30 days $50
  • IP binding and money-back as in MIX
  • The live pool is below the ceiling: fewer addresses at local night

MIX packages

Worldwide pool, the Philippines among the countries

MIX-Basic, MIX-Business and MIX-Elite are gathered from all over the world. You do not pick a country when ordering, but each address in the CSV list has a country column, so Philippine lines filter out in a second.

  • Unlimited traffic, 500 to 9,900 threads
  • Test hour $1, 30 days from $50
  • Fits when you need the Philippines alongside other countries

Regions and cities of the Philippines

A FLEX line selects the whole country. Greater Manila with the capital region, Calabarzon and Central Luzon holds 37% of the residents, the Visayas with Cebu another fifth. The map groups the 82 provinces into 17 regions.

The Philippines: what to know before you start

Where Filipinos live

Metro Manila with 13 million people and the neighboring Luzon provinces hold a third of the country. Cebu in the center of the Visayas and Davao on Mindanao are the second and third hubs. There are seven thousand islands, but nine in ten residents live on the eleven largest, and Palawan and the east coast are sparsely populated.

Internet and providers

More than 70% of residents are online, most through a smartphone. Mobile networks are Globe, Smart and DITO, and PLDT, Globe At Home, Converge and Sky share home internet. Sites treat the home address of such a subscriber as an ordinary visitor.

Languages, time and prices

Two official languages, and sites live in English with the en-PH version, often with Tagalog. One time zone, UTC+8, with no daylight saving time. Prices are in pesos, and postal codes have four digits.

What people collect through Philippine proxies

Prices, stock, delivery and search results on Philippine sites depend on the visitor's address. Below are typical jobs and the line to start with.

Shopee and Lazada

Prices and delivery

The country's two main marketplaces. Product cards, prices and delivery times for a Philippine shopper, and rotation collects the catalog.

FLEX, rotation

Carousell

Classifieds

The largest platform for private listings. Collection by region with rotation, posting and messaging buyers under sticky.

FLEX, rotation

Lamudi and DotProperty

Real estate

Sales and rentals by district in Manila, Cebu and Davao. Rotation for listings, and the district is set in the site's filter.

FLEX, rotation

Google.com.ph

Rankings and search results

Results for the Philippines with the gl=ph and hl=en parameters. For bulk rank checks, unlimited SEA-Zone fits well.

SEA-Zone

SM Store, Puregold, Zalora

Stock by store

Chains and marketplaces show prices in pesos and stock by store. Rotation gets around the request limit from one IP.

FLEX, rotation

Jobstreet and Kalibrr

Jobs

The main job sites with salaries by region. Pages are light, and rotation is enough.

FLEX, rotation

Seller dashboards and ad accounts

Accounts

A store on Shopee, Lazada or Carousell expects logins from one country. Sticky holds the Philippine IP for until the exit device drops offline.

FLEX, sticky

Ad and localization checks

PH geo-targeting

Ads targeting the Philippines, subscription prices in pesos and local versions of services are visible only from a Philippine address.

How to get a line with the PH geo

  1. 1
Sign up in the dashboard and top up your balance.

A test gigabyte costs $1 and covers about 5,000 pages without images.

  2. 2
    Create a list of lines.

Country the Philippines, session type, protocol and number of lines. You can keep several lists for different countries and jobs, and they share the same gigabytes.

  3. 3
Paste the line into your software.

The dashboard gives you a line in the host:port:login:password format. In scripts the same address takes the form http://login:password@host:port, and SOCKS5 uses the socks5:// scheme.

  4. 4
    Check the exit.

Open the My IP page through the line: it shows the country, city and network of the address. Protection check shows whether the site you need lets Philippine addresses in without a captcha.

Need unlimited: take SEA-Zone for an hour at $1, download the list as CSV and keep the lines with country = ph. The same list shows how many there are right now.

Tips for Philippine sites

  • Set Accept-Language to en-PH and the time zone to Asia/Manila: all the islands share it.
  • In Google set gl=ph and hl=en, and pass the results city as query parameters.
  • Delivery and stock depend on the four-digit postal code: set it on the site, the line does not change it.
  • Run accounts through sticky and do not share one line between profiles. Nobody promises a hold time: the address lives until the subscriber disconnects, so keep a spare line for long sessions.
  • Save gigabytes: request only HTML, without images and media, and one gigabyte stretches across thousands of pages.

Questions about Philippine proxies

01Can I choose Manila or another region?
No. A FLEX line selects only the country, and the address can land in any region, most often Greater Manila. The SEA-Zone list has no split either. Set the city for Carousell, Lamudi and Google through the site's own parameters.
02Whose addresses does the site see?
To the site, a request through a FLEX line looks like a visit from a home internet subscriber in the Philippines: trusted home devices provide the addresses. SEA-Zone and MIX packages take addresses from various sources and give you a list with a country column.
03FLEX-Traffic or SEA-Zone: which to take for the Philippines?
FLEX when you need only the Philippines and know the volume in gigabytes: rotation, sticky, pay for traffic. SEA-Zone when traffic is heavy and Philippine addresses are needed alongside Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and Malaysia: unlimited, up to 5,000 threads, and you filter PH lines by the country column.
04Do Philippine proxies work with Shopee and Google?
Yes. Rotation swaps the address on every request, so the per-IP limit never fills up. The script on the US proxies page also works for Philippine sites: paste your line and the URL you need, and it shows the share of clean responses, captchas and blocks.
05Are there free Philippine proxies?
Philippine addresses turn up in the open list regularly, and the country filter finds them. They do not live long and are shared among all visitors, so for real work you need FLEX lines or the SEA-Zone package.

More answers about countries and lines are in the general FAQ, and plans are on the home page.
