TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms govern the provision and use of the RemProxy proxy services (the "Service"). By placing an order, paying for a plan, or using our proxies, you (the "Client") fully and unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not agree with any of them, do not use the Service.

1. About the Service and the domain

RemProxy is a service that provides different types of legal proxy servers from trusted sources: our own datacenters, hosting providers, and other partners. We sell legitimate, ethically sourced proxies and operate strictly within the law.

2. Permitted use

Our proxies are intended exclusively for lawful purposes, including:

• scraping and collecting publicly available data, web analytics, and price monitoring;
• SEO monitoring and rank tracking across different regions;
• testing your own websites, applications, and infrastructure;
• protecting your privacy and your own IP address;
• managing your own multiple accounts within the rules of the respective platforms;
• legitimate email marketing to opt-in subscriber lists that have given voluntary consent.

3. Prohibited use

It is strictly prohibited to use the Service for any unlawful activity, including:

• unauthorized access to third-party systems, accounts, or data, hacking, password cracking, and any attacks;
• distribution of malware, phishing, and fraud of any kind;
• spam and unsolicited bulk mailings;
• DDoS attacks, flooding, and any actions that disrupt third-party services;
• distribution of content prohibited by law, including material involving violence or exploitation;
• infringement of copyright and any applicable laws of the Client's country and the countries whose resources are used.

The Client bears full personal responsibility for how they use the proxies. Liability for breaking the law rests with the Client.

4. Penalties for violations

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to:

• block (ban) the Client's access to the Service for any violation of these Terms;
• suspend or terminate service upon reasonable suspicion of unlawful activity;
• disclose information to authorities in cases required by law.

In case of a ban for violating the Terms, funds are not refunded. A blocking decision is final.

5. Payment, trial, and refunds

• Payments are accepted in cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, etc.), as well as by bank cards and e-wallets. Access is granted automatically once the payment is confirmed.
• Hourly and daily plans are provided for quality testing and are non-refundable.
• The money-back guarantee applies to packages of 3 days and longer. In the pricing table they are marked “moneyback: yes”. To request a refund, click “Cancel subscription” in your dashboard. Proxy access stops the moment you cancel, and the action cannot be undone.
• Time already used is recalculated at our regular rates, as if you had bought that period separately. Time is rounded up to the nearest available period: three minutes of use, for instance, are charged as one test hour. The difference returns to your account balance and is available to spend right away. Your dashboard shows an estimated amount before you confirm; the final figure is calculated when the cancellation goes through.
• Balance can be spent on any plan and never expires. Withdrawal to an external wallet is available on request through support, and only via the same method and to the same details the payment came from: anti-money laundering (AML) requirements do not allow us to send refunds to third parties. The service fee is 10%, the minimum withdrawal is $50, and processing takes up to 5 business days. Network fees are paid by the recipient. Bonus and promotional credits cannot be withdrawn.
• Funds are not refunded if access is blocked for violating these Terms.

6. Referral program

Every registered client has a referral link and a referral section in the dashboard. Taking part requires no application and no separate agreement.

• Your link carries a personal code and looks like https://remproxy.com/?ref=XXXXXXXX. Following it stores a cookie in the visitor's browser that holds your code for 90 days. If the person leaves and comes back later by any route, including typing the address directly, and registers within those 90 days, the account is still attributed to you.
• Attribution is recorded at registration and stays fixed. Accounts that already exist cannot be attributed afterwards, and a referral cannot be moved to another partner.
• You earn 8% of what your referrals pay. The commission reaches your referral balance as soon as their payment clears. The base is the net amount: discounts, promotional credits and payment-provider fees are excluded.
• The 365 days run separately for each referral, counted from the day that person registers. When one referral's year runs out, only their payments stop earning: every other referral keeps paying you until their own year ends. The link itself never expires and goes on bringing in new referrals.
• Any positive amount can be transferred from the referral balance to your main wallet with no minimum, and spent on any plan.
• Withdrawal to an external wallet starts at $50.00 and is paid in USDT to the details you provide. We take no fee on referral withdrawals; only the blockchain network fee is deducted from the amount sent. Send the request from the referral section of your dashboard and our team processes it.
• If a referral's payment is refunded, cancelled or charged back, the matching commission is reversed. A reversal can take the referral balance below zero, and later commission covers it.
• A client who registers through a referral link receives a bonus of 25% of their first balance top-up, up to $10.00. The bonus is credited once per account, together with that first top-up, and does not apply to later ones.

Commission is void, and the referral account may be closed, for:

• registering under your own link or through accounts you control;
• paid search and advertising on the RemProxy brand name or its misspellings;
• unsolicited mailings, comment spam, and posting the link where the rules of the host platform forbid it;
• domains, profiles and pages that imitate RemProxy;
• promising rates, features or guarantees the Service does not offer;
• cookie stuffing, forced redirects and any other way of setting the code without the person's knowledge.

We may revise the rate, the term and the withdrawal threshold, or close the program. Commission already accrued stays payable under the rules in force when it was earned. Referral earnings are your income: reporting them and paying any tax due is your responsibility.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". We make every effort to ensure stable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to external factors (network load, third-party actions, global internet conditions). We are not liable for any losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Service, or for the Client's actions.

8. Privacy

We do not request excessive personal data and do not share Client data with third parties except where expressly required by law. We use the anonymous Telegram channel for communication.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new version.
