FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Everything you need to know about our residential proxies — traffic, protocols, payment, setup.

01Are there any traffic limits?
No. Traffic is unlimited for all pricing plans.
02What protocols are supported?
SOCKS4, SOCKS5 and HTTP protocols are supported.
03How often are proxies checked?
All proxies are anonymous and live, checked every 5 minutes. Residential IPs are additionally checked every 30 minutes.
04Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes, a money-back guarantee is available for packages with a rental period of 1 week or more.
05Can I use your proxies for email marketing?
Yes, our proxy servers support legitimate email marketing. You can use them for transactional emails, customer notifications, and opt-in marketing campaigns.

Important: spam and any unauthorised bulk mailings are prohibited. The following mail ports are open: SMTP (25, 465, 587) and IMAP (993).
06How often should I refresh the proxy link?
To get fresh IP addresses and ensure a stable connection, we recommend refreshing your proxy link every 10 minutes. This interval ensures you always use working addresses from our pool, which is especially important for automated systems and scraping.
07Why are there no login and password in the purchased proxies?
Our proxies use IP-based authorisation (whitelist) — no username or password is required. When placing your order you can specify one or more IP addresses that will be allowed access. This simplifies connection and improves security.
08What should I do if a payment is not showing in my account?
To help us identify your payment quickly, please provide:

— payment system name
— payment link / receipt or transaction ID
— TXID for cryptocurrencies
— exact amount and currency
— date and time

Note: the most common issue is sending less than the invoice amount — in that case the payment is not credited automatically.
09Which countries' IP addresses are available?
We offer a World Mix proxy pool — IP addresses from all over the globe. You get global coverage without being tied to a specific country. Region-filtered plans are also available for tasks requiring local presence (please inquire when ordering).
10Why does my purchased link show only 5–7 unique IPs but many ports?
This is a feature of our proxy architecture: traffic is distributed through a limited pool of external IP addresses. Each port corresponds to a unique proxy connection. So even with a small number of visible IPs (5–7), you get dozens or hundreds of independent proxy channels.

Number of ports = number of independent proxies in your subscription.
11Why does proxy speed or availability sometimes drop?
Occasional performance fluctuations are related to natural network load and global internet conditions. During peak hours the number of active users grows, which may temporarily affect stability.

We recommend setting up automatic proxy link refresh every 10 minutes and using multiple fallback threads for mission-critical tasks.
